Remove the gnomes from the stakes. To do this, you can just bend the metal pieces off. Do this to both gnome stakes.

Take each of the rose bunches and bend them so that they can fit the shape of the grapevine wreath. Then, zip tie the stems of the flowers to the grapevine wreath and trim off the ends.

In the middle of the roses, add the bow. As you can see from the image above, this will help hide the stems from the flowers and gives the gnome wreath some extra patriotic flair.

Add a dab of hot glue to the back of the gnomes and then set the zip tie on it. We want to glue the zip tie to the gnome so that it stays in place. Do the same for the 2nd gnome.

Once the glue has dried, use the zip tie that’s attached to the gnomes to tie them around the grapevine wreath. You can add some extra dabs of hot glue to the back of the gnomes where it touches the wreath for extra stability and closure if you’d like.

Tip: If you don’t have zip ties, twine may also work for this. Zip ties were used here so that it would give the wreath and gnomes a little more support. I think twine would work just as well though.
