Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles Recipe for Winter
This slow cooker beef and noodles recipe is a warm and comforting meal that will fill you up. It’s the perfect crockpot meal that will warm you up from the inside out.
Serve with or over mashed potatoes along with your favorite sides and you have the perfect family meal.

Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles Recipe
This homemade crockpot or slow cooker beef and noodles recipe is delicious and easy to make. Made with chuck roast, the meat is tender and flavorful.
This recipe makes enough to feed a large crowd! You can store or freeze the leftovers though!
Ingredients needed:
- chuck roast
- a tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 32 oz. beef broth
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 pkg egg noodles
How to make this slow cooker beef and noodles recipe:
Add the chuck roast, beef broth, garlic powder, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot.
Cook on low for 8 hours. You can also cook on high for 4 hours.
Add the noodles and cook on high for 10-20 minutes until the noodles are done. They should be nice and tender.
Serve with or over mashed potatoes, with rolls, or with any of your favorite sides.
Please note. This makes a very large family batch! It is also perfect for potlucks and family gatherings.
If you would like to thicken it up a little, you can use heavy cream or a combination of water and corn starch.
