Ingredients You'll Need For These Harry Potter Chocolate Frogs

How To Make Harry Potter Chocolate Frogs
Melt the chocolate wafers as directed on the bag. Every chocolate melting wafer has slightly different instructions and microwaves all have different settings.I personally put the microwave at 2 minutes on defrost mode, stirred the chocolate, added 2 more minutes on defrost mode, stirred the chocolate, 1 more minute on defrost mode, and stirred again until the chocolate was smooth. You can also microwave on your regular setting for 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
Line the mold with chocolate but do not fill it fully - leave room for the salted caramel and remaining chocolate. Place the mold in the freezer for five minutes, just until the chocolate is solid.

Add in the caramel to the centers. You can add the entire caramel or microwave it so it is slightly runny.

Top the molds with more melted chocolate and place it in the freezer for another five minutes or just until solid.
Remove the frogs from the mold and serve! If you're not serving them right away, keep them in fridge until you're ready to eat them.
