- 1 egg

- 36 Hershey’s Kisses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla, and purple food coloring. Beat to combine.
- Add the dry ingredients. Beat until well mixed.
- Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out balls of dough. Roll each dough ball in the purple sprinkles and place on the prepared baking sheet.
