Only 4 ingredients are needed to make this tuna cucumber appetizer. We simply mixed canned tuna and avocado mayo for this recipe.

Ingredients needed:
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 – 4oz can of tuna
- ¼ cup avocado mayonnaise
- Fresh dill for garnish
Putting the cucumber boats with tuna together:
- Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop the seeds out with a spoon.
- Combine the tuna and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Stir until it is well combined. You can add some of the dill into the mixture or just use it as a garnish.
- Fill each cucumber half with the tuna mayo mixture and set it on a platter or plate.
- Sprinkle some fresh dill on top for garnish.
