Everything Bagel Crackers for Snacks and Parties
These everything bagel crackers will make the perfect snack or appetizer. Serve them with a tasty dip or on their own and they will be a hit!

How to Make these Everything Bagel Crackers
Ingredients Needed
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg white, at room temp, lightly whisked
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
- ⅓ cup everything bagel seasoning
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste (optional)
Making the Crackers:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet. This will help keep our baking sheet clean so we don’t have a mess to clean up.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough at a time on the baking sheet. Brush a layer of melted butter between each sheet pressing layers together.
- Brush the very top layer with whisked egg white and sprinkle on the paprika and salt & pepper.
- Top the crackers off with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.
- Add a thin layer of the finely shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cut into squares so that you get crackers.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and serve.
