Carrot cake is probably one of my favorite flavors. We love enjoying a good piece of carrot cake in the spring and in the fall. While it’s usually served in cake form, having something besides carrot cake brings a little more fun to the table.

One of the best things about this dip with cream cheese is that you only need 3 ingredients. Cake mix, cream cheese, and cool whip. With only three ingredients, it’s an easy and quick dip dessert that can be whipped up in no time.

Store Bought Cake Mix: Carrot cake flavored to give the dip the carrot cake flavor. We use premade cake mix as much as we can because it’s affordable and easy. Since you can often find cake mixes on sale, we stock up on them when we can making them a pantry staple for our family.

This 3 ingredient carrot cake dip is easy to make. This recipes serves 8 people and only takes 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • Box of carrot cake mix
  • 8 oz. container cool whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese package

Optional: Easter sprinkles for the topping. If you are making the dip for Spring or another occasion, you can get sprinkles to match your theme.

How to Put Together the Carrot Cake Dip

  1. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, carrot cake mix, and cool whip.
  2. Mix everything together well.
