Especially for those who love dinosaurs and want a great experience as they learn!
Unfortunately, when our kids were younger and my son was obsessed with dinosaurs, there was no where special we could take him. He loved everything about dinosaurs so attending a themed dino attraction for park would have been so cool.
Today, however, there are some really great dinosaur themed attractions, events, and ways for kids to learn more about them. Many of them are also very budget-friendly making them a cheap activity for kids to do this summer.

Jurassic Quest
Jurassic Quest is one of the best dinosaur adventures that you can go on. Why? The dinosaur attractions has tons of things for kids to do and see. Including, realistic life size dinosaurs that you can get up close and personal with.

The New Dinosphere
The New Dinosphere, located in the Children’s Museum Indianapolis, has become a family favorite destination to learn about dinosaurs. The updated and improved Dinosphere offers 5 immersive experiences for kids to enjoy.
- Giants of the Jurassic – Meet the sauropods, the largest animals to ever walk the Earth in this exhibit.
- Creatures of the Cretaceous -See the world of prehistoric activity with Bucky the T. rex, Kelsey the Triceratops, and other Cretaceous creatures that have become a staple since the dino exhibit was released.

Dino Digs – Orlando Science Center
Step into the prehistoric world of dinosaurs, marine reptiles, and megafauna that used to roam the world. Throughout the exhibit, you will see giant fossil replicas, specimens, and more.

Field Station Dinosaurs
The Field Station is a wild scientific expedition in Bergen County’s beautiful Overpeck Park, NJ. Surrounded by natural woods, the park has over 30 life-size dinosaurs for kids to see.
