How to make this charcuterie board for Earth Day

This is such an easy board to put together. It takes about 10 minutes, if that, to set everything up. Here is what you need:

Oreo cookies – You can choose any flavor you would like, but we enjoy the original the best. You can choose your favorite flavor or mix up the flavors if you’d like.

Gummy Frogs – Frogs were a big theme for our charcuterie board for Earth Day. We used a variety of different gummy frogs.

Green Gummy Frogs – For these, you can go with the tropical gummy frogs or the rainforest gummy frogs. We used the tropical ones.

Haribo Gummy Frogs – The Haribo gummy frogs are the green and white gummy pieces you see on the Earth Day charcuterie board.

Turtle Gummies – Colorful gummies that are shaped like turtles. The turtle gummies added some extra color and flavor the the board.

Flower Gummies – These sour flower gummies are great for those who love sour candy.

Crocodile Gummies – Alligator or crocodile gummies.

Gummy Fish – We went with the SmartSweets fish gummies. These are healthier for kids and our kiddos love the flavors.

You can change any of these up with other themes too. For instance, you can use sea creature gummies, shark gummies, or planet gummies. The options are endless so choose whichever Earth Day themed gummies you would like to use.

How to put together the kids charcuterie board for Earth Day

Like with all charcuterie boards, placement is key. Well, not really so much with this Earth Day charcuterie but it’s fun to place them down so that the board has plenty of color surrounding it.

This is something the kids can help with to. You may find them sneaking a few pieces of the candy though!

First, place the Oreos down. We did this in threes and put them around in different locations on the board.

Next, group together the frogs, turtles, and flowers and place them on the board in between the Oreos.

Lastly, add in the alligators or crocodiles and line the board with the fish to fill in blank spots. If you find that you need more space filled, simply add more of the cookies or gummies to fill any blank spots you have.

Pretty awesome right?! Now you can serve these up and everyone can enjoy the gummies and Oreos as they learn more about Earth Day and the importance of taking care of our planet.
