1 egg
Stick of butter; softened (this is important)
1 tub white icing (you can use cream cheese or plain)
pink food gel coloring
yellow food gel coloring
Pastry bags

How to put together the easy Funfetti cookie sandwiches:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, beat the egg, softened butter, and the cake mix together until well mixed.

Once the batter is mixed, roll into half-inch balls and place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

Bake the cookies for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the cookies on a cooling rack.
