Turkey Cheese Melt Brioche Bun Sandwiches
These turkey cheese melt brioche bun sandwiches are warm, filling, and delicious. They make the perfect lunch or snack idea and the kids will love them.

First, we need to get the buns ready. So butter the insides of the bun. Then place it on a heated skillet (low-medium).
Leave the buns set until the bottoms are brown. This only takes a few minutes and you can brown it to your liking.
Once the bottoms are brown, add the turkey and cheese to the top of the bottom bun. Then place the top bun. You’ll want the inside of the buns, on the outside.
Lastly, just let it sit for about a minute or so to heat through. Flip it and leave it for another minute or so.
