Construction Paper Bus Craft for Preschool Letter B Craft

Letter B School Bus Craft

Get ready for school with this fun construction paper bus craft! Perfect for pre-k or kindergarten aged children to learn the letter B.

Supplies Needed

  • 1 piece yellow construction paper
  • 1 piece black construction paper
  • 1 piece green construction paper
  • 1 piece red construction paper
  • 1 piece blue construction paper
  • scissors
  • glue or glue stick
  • ruler (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut a large letter B out of the yellow construction paper. You can have the kids draw and cut the letter B or you can do it for them.
  • Cut one thin strip, two rectangles, and two circles from the black construction paper.
  • Next, cut half a school house shape out of the red construction paper.
  • Take the green paper and cut a two-inch strip. Glue the green construction paper to the bottom of the blue paper and glue the red house on the side of the blue paper.
  • Flip the letter B we cut out and glue the two rectangles to the back of the letter B. This will make our school bus windows. Turn the B over and glue it on top of the green strip of paper.
  • Glue the small black strip of paper over the top of the bus where the windows are.
  • Next, glue to the two black circles to the bottom of the bus to make the wheels.
