French Toast with Captain Crunch Recipe
With only 4 ingredients needed, this French toast is quick and easy to make. Also known as Cap’n Crunch French Toast, it uses the tasty cereal to give it extra flavor.

- 4 slices Texas toast bread (thick sliced)
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ c milk
- 1 c Cap’n Crunch Cinnamon Cereal
Whisk the eggs and milk in a medium sized bowl until completely blended.
In a food processor (or in a ziplock bag and crumble up as much as you can) grind the cereal until it has the consistency of coarse salt. Then put in a separate medium sized bowl.
Grab a slice of bread and soak in the bowl with egg and milk, let any excess drain off. Then, dip it in the cereal until the whole slice of bread is covered with Cap’n Crunch cereal.
Put a pan on medium heat, add some cooking butter or cooking spray and cook your slices until golden brown on the outside. It usually takes about 2-4 minutes on either side.
Serve warm with a sprinkle of confectioners sugar or your favorite syrup.
