Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Dump the can of peach pie filling into a small bowl and cut the peaches into small pieces.
Add cinnamon to the peach pie filling and mix well.
Using your finger, press out each of the biscuit until it is about 4 inches wide.
Place 1-2 tablespoonsof pie filling on each biscuit.
Fold the biscuit over and press sides together with a fork.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the outside of the biscuits are golden brown.
Set the pies aside to cool. Once the pies are completely cooled, prepare the icing.
In a small bowl, add the milk and powdered sugar and whisk until fully combined.
Drizzle the powdered sugar icing over each turnover.
