Easy Cold Broccoli Salad Recipe

- 1 c mayonnaise
- ¼ c sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 broccoli heads, chopped
- 1 c chopped red onion
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ c sunflower kernels
- 5 strips strips bacon, cooked and chopped (can use ¼ cup or so of real bacon bits)
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayo, sugar, and vinegar until well combined. Set it aside for later.
In a large bowl, stir together the broccoli, chopped red onion, cheddar cheese, sunflower kernels, bacon, and chopped eggs.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until all the broccoli mixture is coated.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
