In a large skillet, combine the ground beef, onion, and minced garlic and cook until the meat is browned.
Add in the Prego, sugar, oregano, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined. Simmer for 15 minutes.
While our sauce is simmering, grab a medium-sized bowl and mix together the ricotta cheese, eggs, and parmesan.
Grease the bottom of the crockpot. Then, put a layer of the sauce mixture down.
Add a layer of lasagna noodles. You will have to break these to make them fit.
Add another layer of sauce, then a layer of the ricotta mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the sauce, noodles, sauce ricotta, mozzarella layers until you have no more sauce.
Cook on low for about 7 hours. If the noodles are not completely done, cook for another hour.
Allow to rest and then serve with your favorite bread!
