Ingredients
  

  • 1 pineapple chunks (if canned drain the juice)
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup ice cubes

  • In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, banana slices, milk, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • Add any other fruits you want to make the smoothie and change up the flavor.
  • You can use fresh or canned pineapple.
  • Add honey if you want. This will make the banana pineapple smoothie sweeter.
  • Use you preferred milk. You can use 2%, whole, or skim milk.
