Easy Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies
These easy strawberry cake mix cookies take less than 20 minutes to make and will be a tasty strawberry treat everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- ½ c vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 c white chocolate chips
- 1-2 c pink M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, or large bowl, mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well mixed.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough and place it on the lined baking sheet. Leave around one inch between each cookie to allow the cookies to spread when they bake.
- Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
