Materials

  • Paint Brush
  • Waverly Ink Chalk Paint
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Dollar Tree Pizza Pan
  • Scissors
  • Dollar Tree Nautical Rope
  • Dollar Tree Burlap Ribbon with lace center
  • Dollar Tree Family is everything placemat
  • Boxwood FloralĀ

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the placemat so that it will fit on the inside of the pizza pan
  • Next using the black paint, paint the rim of the pizza pan (you may need to use 2 coats).Once dry, add the placemat to the center of the pizza pan with some hot glue.
  • Cut a 12 inch, 8 inch and 3 inch section of the burlap ribbon. Fold the ends of the 12 inch and 8 inch sections to meet in the center, add some hot glue, layer on top of each other.
  • Then, wrap the 3 inch section around the middle and add some hot glue to secure it.
  • Take the nautical rope and add a thin line of hot glue around the inside section of the pizza pan and the trimming at the top. This will be covered by the bow. Next add some hot glue and attach the bow.
  • Add some dabs of hot glue to the boxwood pieces and place behind the bow. I used 4 small pieces that just popped off the stem.
