- Mini clay pot
- Green paint
- Assorted colors of paint
- Paintbrush
- String or twine
- Cardboard
- Yellow paint
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
- Paint the mini clay pot green. Allow the paint to dry completely.
- Dip the child’s finger into a different color of paint and press it onto the pot to create a fingerprint ornament. Repeat with various colors to decorate the tree.
- Allow the fingerprints to dry completely.
- Thread a piece of string through the hole in the top of the pot. Tie a knot on the inside to create a hanger.
- Cut a star from cardboard and paint yellow.
- Glue the star to the top of the Christmas tree and allow the glue to dry.
