Waffle Bowl Recipe

This tasty waffle bowl recipe with fresh fruit is a vegan breakfast treat that everyone can enjoy. It is perfect for breakfast, brunch, snacks, or as a fun holiday breakfast for guests.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c flour
  • 1 c oat milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by mixing all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until mixed. Then add your wet ingredients and whisk them all together until you have a smooth consistency.
  • You can also just dump all of the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk everything until it is lump-free. Just make sure everything is mixed well.
  • Put about ½ cup of the batter into your waffle maker (depending on how big your waffle maker is). The waffle bowl should be filled only about half full.
  • Once the waffle is golden brown on the outside, take it out and add your favorite fruits. You can add some whipped cream on top.
