Waffle Bowl Recipe
This tasty waffle bowl recipe with fresh fruit is a vegan breakfast treat that everyone can enjoy. It is perfect for breakfast, brunch, snacks, or as a fun holiday breakfast for guests.

- 1 c flour
- 1 c oat milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Start by mixing all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until mixed. Then add your wet ingredients and whisk them all together until you have a smooth consistency.
You can also just dump all of the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk everything until it is lump-free. Just make sure everything is mixed well.
Put about ½ cup of the batter into your waffle maker (depending on how big your waffle maker is). The waffle bowl should be filled only about half full.
Once the waffle is golden brown on the outside, take it out and add your favorite fruits. You can add some whipped cream on top.
