How to Make Mini Buffalo Stuffed Peppers
You won’t believe how easy these mini buffalo stuffed peppers are to put together! With just a few ingredients, you can have a tasty and impressive appetizer everyone will enjoy.
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/4 c. buffalo sauce (any brand you prefer)
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 oz ranch seasoning packet
- chives for garnish
- mini sweet peppers
We used 4 red and yellow mini peppers, cut in half, to make 8 mini stuffed peppers. Be sure not to use actual ranch dressing because it won’t turn out. You need the little ranch seasoning packet.
How to make these buffalo cheese stuffed mini peppers:
- Mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Cut each of the sweet mini peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- Fill the mini peppers with the buffalo cheese mixture.
- You can sprinkle some chives on top for garnish

Can I make these stuffed peppers adead of time?
